How to Upgrade SCCM2007 R3 sp2 on Server 2003 32bit\ SQL 2005 32 to SCCM2007 on new hardware Server 2008 64bit\ SQL 2008 64bit

I'm upgrading five site servers to new hardware and 64 bit Server 2008.

I've got some excellent documentation that covers everything but the SQL server part.

Is it possible to upgrade to a newer version of SQL at the same time.  From SQL 2005 sp4 32bit to SQL 2008 64 bit?

If not how about from SQL 2005 sp4 32 bit to SQL 2005 sp4 64 bit?
